We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.

If you are incorporated with a traditional insurance plan, typically one in which you can choose any dentist you desire, we will be more than happy to assist you by filing your insurance claim. If you aren't sure of the type of plan you have, we will gladly call for you and explain your benefits to the best of our ability.

In order to provide you with premium dental care, and to illuminate our position on filing for your insurance benefits, we would like to share some facts concerning dental insurance with you:

The basis of your dental insurance plan is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. While we endeavor to estimate your dental benefits to the best of our ability, this is an estimate ONLY. This estimate should not be relied on as the ultimate decision. It is advised to contact your insurance company directly if questions should arise.

You could potentially receive notification from your insurance company stating dental fees are higher than usual and customary. Insurance companies survey a geographic area and then calculate an average fee and consider it customary. Since the survey includes discount clinics and managed care facilities, the average may be less than the fees charged in our office. Rest assured that our fees are always fair and competitive.

Several plans indicate participants will be covered up from 80% to 100%, but do not clearly specify the plan fee schedule allowances, annual maximums, or limitations.

Payment Options

We will estimate your insurance coverage at the time of your visit and ask that you pay the difference at that time. The amount that you owe is only an estimate. Should there be an additional balance once the insurance claim is paid, we will bill you. We are happy to accept cash, check*, Visa, MasterCard, or CareCredit®.

We are pleased to offer CareCredit to our patients. Offering CareCredit allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable. Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
